Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 April 2026
These Terms govern the use of the peelmicro.com website (the “Site”). Using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms.
This English version is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.
1. Purpose
The Site is informational and commercial: it describes the services offered by peelmicro, allows contact with the operator, and lets visitors book introductory calls. The Site does not process payments or formalize service contracts.
Client service contracts are formalized through a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed electronically and separately. These Terms of Use do not govern those contracts.
2. Acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Use the Site in good faith and in accordance with applicable law
- Not submit false, offensive, illegal, or rights-infringing content via forms
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, reverse-engineer, or overload the Site
3. Contact form and call booking
When submitting the contact form or booking a call, you warrant that the information provided is truthful. Submission does not create a contractual relationship — it only initiates a commercial conversation.
4. Intellectual property
See the Legal Notice for intellectual property terms.
5. External links
The Site includes links to GitHub, LinkedIn, Calendly, Formspree, and others. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
6. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damages arising from Site use except as required by consumer protection laws.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site with its “last updated” date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the operator’s domicile, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
